Registration fees can be paid via Bank Transfer only.

Please ensure that the participant's name is clearly indicated on the transaction receipt.

  • Registration fee (regular and student) includes access to the scientific sessions, congress materials, abstract book, and refreshments (coffee breaks and four lunches), opening ceremony, ice-breaking party, and travel from hotels to the venue.

  • Accompanying person fee includes refreshments according to the official program (coffee breaks and four lunches), opening ceremony, and ice-breaking party.

  • Only under/graduate, PhD and early Post Doc (+3) students can apply for student rate with a proof of student status during the registration (as stated in the registration form).

  • On site payment applies only to non-presenting (no abstracts) participants.

  • * Low-income countries for discount rates refer to the IGC 2025 website.

  • All amendments and cancellations must be electronically mailed to sefs14bolu@gmail.com.

  • Refund will be made after the event. Any bank charge or commission must be covered by the participant.

  • Note, in case of cancellation at any stage, bank transfer charges will not be refunded.
